We got hit with an earthquake yesterday, but I didn’t feel it (I was in Orange when it happened). I did get a few IMs from friends who were working in high rises and were swaying n rolling to the quake. Thankfully it wasn’t as devastating as the Northridge Quake, but my thoughts and prayers go out to the families who lost loved ones in the quake.

I’ve still been recuperating from this cold or whatever it is. I have a terrible cough and have been taking anti-biotics. I’m glad it’s not as bad as it was last year. I think I was sick for like a month!

But even though I’ve been feeling pretty crappy, I’ve been able to get together with my Aesop family this past week. I went to Virginia’s house warming party and Cheryl had a pot luck dinner. Then I went to see Return of the King with Cheryl and Mark. They came down to Orange to visit me =) They were my second official guests at my place. I’ll be getting together with some high school friends this weekend.

I don’t really have comments on the Return of the King yet. I want to reread the book to refresh my memory. But from what I remember, they DID change some stuff, and I wasn’t exactly too happy about it. But I think I ended up liking it overall.

I can’t believe that this year is almost over already. I won’t have to go back to school until January 12, which gives me plenty more time to just vegetate and have fun. woo hoo
