These past few days have been a whirlwind. After that test was over, I was finally able to do all the things I’ve been meaning to do.

- I cleaned my place
- I went home to visit the parents
- I had dumplings with Cheryl and Mark
- I went to Southwestern Law School’s Entertainment Law Career Day
- I saw Hitch (great movie - I recommend it!)
- I slept

All in all, a pretty relaxing and fun weekend, but not as productive as I had wanted it to be. As much as I knew I had work to get done, I just couldn’t bring myself to crack open a book. But I think I’m more ready to tackle my load now that I’ve had some proper down time (or so I like to tell myself ;)

Congrats go out to my friend, Y, who just recently got engaged! I’m so happy for her =) She’s the first of my friends to get engaged. Has the wedding period started already?

On another note, have I said yet how much I really liked Hitch? It was so funny! And I think it was exactly what I needed to get my spirits up. Not that I’ve been depressed or anything, but I think I’ve just been steeped in negative Fullerton feelings and stress so much these past few weeks that I’m finding it hard to switch back to normal mode now that everything is ok.

Anyway, I hope everyone is making it alright this week in all this rain. It finally let up today! woo hoo. Happy Hump Day!
