Yesterday I met up with April and Rosie for lunch at the Loft. The food was yummie as usual! I had the Korean BBQ beef plate (with bacon fried rice), April got the BBQ chicken and beef plate (with bacon fried rice), and Rosie had a huge plate of bacon fried rice and a piece of spam musubi. It was all delicious! (sorry, no pics - I forgot my camera!). The best thing was that I had enough leftovers for dinner. Score! I love it when food serves double duty. =)

Getting together with April and Rosie is always very refreshing. They are two of the best people I met in law school, which is saying a lot because law school seems to be the meeting place for all forms of jerks.

We talked about stupid boys, stuff going on in our lives, the bar, the bar, and the bar.

I know you guys must be so incredibly tired of hearing about the bar. But for us,
it’s still pretty big news. Some of us are gearing up to take the bar again in February. Some of us are still reveling in the fact that we passed. We’re all trying to be supportive of each other, but it’s definitely a hard balance to find.
I had intended to leave lunch at around 1:30 so that I could go to my Calc class and take a quiz, but we were having such a good conversation that I blew off class and didn’t end up leaving until around 4:30. Luckily, my professor was nice enough to let me take the quiz during his afternoon class :-D So, I didn’t miss any points. yay!

On Friday, we’ll be going to Firecracker =) FUN FUN FUN!!!!!! I LOVE that place. It’s so freaking fun! I can’t wait!

Three things I’m grateful for today:
1. the new suit and shoes I bought for the swearing in ceremony =D
2. girlfriends - I never knew how great they could be until recently
3. acing my 440 exam ;)
