Workout Week #5

I’m really enjoying the Winsor Pilates series, especially the hips, thighs, and buns workout. You can REALLY feel the burn! I want to add the abs workout to the routine this week, making it a full one hour of pilates.

This last week was really slow. I just had too much on my plate what with getting ready for the trip up north for CMUG’s wedding and tests/projects/study sessions galore. But I will do better this week =) I’m feeling a lot better overall, but what I really want to do is shape up my mid-section, which has gotten way soft since last year =( so sad. Hopefully, the pilates will help start to tone that area up.
