Today, I took a hard ride on the bike, but I had to cut it short because I could still feel the fatigue in my legs from yesterday’s workout and I didn’t want to leave myself too tired for this weekend’s long run (a 10 miler, eep!). So, an 8 mile bike ride was cut down to a 6 miler. Right now, my quads are on fire!

Tonight, I also did a 20 minute pilates workout plus and a 15 minute buns and thigh pilates workout. I hope to see some results from this! Mainly, a more shapely butt! =P AND toned thighs! Oh, and a flatter stomach =D

My strength training tonight consisted of 2 sets of 10 pushups, and 2 sets of 10 tricep dips. For now =) I meant to do some weights at the condo gym, but it was already occupied, and I like to do my weights in peace and solitude.

Right now my schedule has four stars up :-D It’s so exciting to start filling up another schedule with gold stars!
